Pier 23 CLOSED in January, reopens in February

As the subject line says, Pier 23 will be closed in January, as it
does every year. It will reopen in February and the regular Tuesday
night schedule of pianists will resume. The schedule is not ready
yet, but will be sent to you when it is.

On behalf of Virginia, Frederick and myself, thanks to all who have
been able to join us at Pier 23. Your support is why the music is
continuing. Those who haven't been to the Pier lately (or at all) are
invited to stop by whenever possible--starting in February!

New gig added to calendar!

I just heard about another gig that didn't make it onto Virginia's last flyer. (I just added it to the calendar below.) This is the "Virginia Tichenor Quartet" featuring Virginia on piano, Marty on tuba, Craig Ventresco on guitar and J. Hansen on drums performing at Lake Wildwood (near Grass Valley) on Thurs.
